These terms
These terms govern access to hyntyt.tech and the information on it. By using the site you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them. Professional consulting services are governed separately, by a signed master services agreement or statement of work, not by these terms.
No client relationship
Accessing this website, sending an inquiry, or booking a fit call does not create a client relationship. A binding engagement exists only under a written agreement signed by both parties.

HYNTYT retains all rights in the methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates it develops before or independently of any engagement. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by the signed engagement agreement; absent an explicit assignment, HYNTYT retains ownership of its deliverables. If you send feedback about the site, you grant HYNTYT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, HYNTYT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and its maximum aggregate liability arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars. This limit does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HYNTYT against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or content you submit.

The site may link to third-party sites, which HYNTYT does not control or endorse. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. Before starting litigation, the parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for thirty days, unless urgent injunctive relief is needed.
General
If any provision is found invalid, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the website; where they conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement governs. HYNTYT may update these terms, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
